Returns — how it works.

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days. For opened vials — as with every serious research-peptide supplier — a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies for reasons of hygiene and purity.

Legal framework

Under Book 6, Title 5, Section 2B of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been broken after delivery (Art. 6:230p sub f).

In practice: as long as the vial is sealed and unopened, you can simply return it. Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal lapses — we can no longer guarantee the integrity and purity of an opened product.

Unopened returns — 30 days

Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Notify us of your return in advance by e-mail to info@gradepurity.com; you'll then receive the return instructions.

Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label. Once we've received and inspected the unopened product, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.

Opened vials, bacteriostatic water and opened laboratory supplies fall under the hygiene exception and cannot be returned.

Exception — damage or defect on receipt

Does your order arrive damaged or defective? Report this within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail to info@gradepurity.com, including:

Photos of the outer packaging.

Photos of the contents (vials, boxes).

A short description of the issue.

We'll send a free replacement. Damaged products may be requested back for our records.

Refunds

For a valid return of an unopened product, we refund the purchase price within 14 days after we've received and inspected the return. For a defect (see above), we refund when a free replacement shipment also fails to resolve the issue. Refunds are always made via the original payment method.

Incorrect address

Orders with an incomplete or incorrect shipping address cannot be replaced or refunded if the shipment is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong recipient. Please check your details carefully before checkout.
