How and when your order arrives.

Everything in stock in the Netherlands. Order before 4:00 PM on business days — shipped the same day. Packaged plain, no logo on the outside.

Shipping regions

We ship to all countries within the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Shipping to addresses outside Europe is available on request — get in touch for a quote.

Delivery times

Netherlands: 1 business day (standard) — order today before 4:00 PM, delivered tomorrow.

Belgium: 2 business days.

Germany: 2–3 business days.

France, Luxembourg, Austria: 3–4 business days.

Other EU countries: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.

Shipping costs

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: €6.95 — free above €100.

Other EU: €6.95 — free above €100.

Within the EU there are no extra charges; outside the EU any local duties are at the customer's expense.

Unbranded packaging

Parcels are sent in a neutral, unprinted outer package. No GradePurity logo, no textual reference to the contents. The sender field shows a generic company name without category context.

Track & trace

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a track & trace link by e-mail. Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the full invoice amount.

Damage or loss on delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged: take photos of the outer packaging and contents within 48 hours of receipt and send them to info@gradepurity.com. We'll ship a free replacement.

If the parcel is lost in transit, we open an investigation with the carrier; once confirmed, we send a free replacement.
