Scope
These terms apply to every agreement between GradePurity and the customer, regardless of any general terms used by the customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
Offer and agreement
The offering on the website is non-binding and can be changed at any time. An agreement is formed once the order is confirmed by e-mail. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind us.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs (unless indicated otherwise). Prices may change; for pending orders, the price at the moment of ordering applies.
Payment must be made in full before shipment. We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal and — where available — cryptocurrency payments.
Delivery
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are shipped from the Netherlands the same day. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines (see our shipping policy).
Risk of the products passes to the customer upon delivery at the specified address.
Retention of title
Delivered products remain the property of GradePurity until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Research-only — no human use
The products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and laboratory applications. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic application, and not for cosmetic use on humans.
By ordering, the customer declares to be 18 years of age or older, to act within a research context, and to use the products only for purposes compatible with the laws applicable in his or her jurisdiction.
Liability
GradePurity is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the products, including human use. Liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Intellectual property
All text, images, layout and brand assets on this website are the property of GradePurity or its licensors. Reuse without written permission is not permitted.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Amsterdam district, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
Consumers may also submit disputes via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
