What does KLOW do?
KLOW is one of the most popular peptide blends in research, and the reason is simple: it bundles four peptides that each revolve around recovery and tissue into one vial. Instead of studying four separate compounds apart, you work with one balanced mix. It is thought that the four components complement one another around tissue repair, inflammation and skin. What is in KLOW?
KLOW combines four peptides in fixed ratios in one 80 mg vial: BPC-157 (10 mg), known in research around repair of connective tissue and the gut lining; GHK-Cu (50 mg), a copper peptide studied around collagen, skin and cell renewal; TB-500 (10 mg), the research fragment of thymosin beta-4, linked to cell migration and repair of muscle, tendon and ligament; and KPV (10 mg), a small, anti-inflammatory peptide that forms the tail end of α-MSH. KLOW vs. GLOW
Online you'll run into two names that sit close together: GLOW and KLOW. GLOW is the three-part blend — BPC-157, GHK-Cu and TB-500. KLOW is that exact combination with KPV added as a fourth component. That extra KPV adds the anti-inflammatory side to GLOW's recovery and skin components. In short: KLOW is GLOW plus KPV. We supply the KLOW blend; if you want the three-part version, you build it yourself from the separate components.
How does the blend work?
The idea behind KLOW is that the four peptides cover different sides of the same theme. BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied in research mainly around tissue and muscle repair; GHK-Cu around skin, collagen and cell renewal; and KPV around dampening inflammatory signals. It is thought that this combination gives a broader picture in research than a single peptide alone. Most of what we know comes from studies on the individual components. KLOW dosage
We deliberately leave the amount open: KLOW is a research compound, and we don't provide human dosing advice. In the literature the individual components are usually studied in small amounts per protocol, after reconstitution with bacteriostatic water. Because the four peptides sit in a fixed ratio in the vial, you convert the blend as a whole. Use our calculator for that. KLOW side effects
The individual components of KLOW are each known in research for a mild profile; studies mostly report mild reactions, such as a reaction at the injection site. Because KLOW combines four peptides, little is yet known about the blend as a whole — large long-term data in humans is lacking.
