How does CJC-1295 work?
CJC-1295 binds to the GHRH receptor in the pituitary, the same switch your body uses to release growth hormone. CJC-1295 with or without DAC, what's the difference?
This is the question to settle before you order anything, because they're two different products. The DAC version (Drug Affinity Complex) binds to a protein in the blood and stays active for days. The no-DAC version, Mod GRF (1-29), is short-acting and mimics the natural pulses far more closely. GradePurity sells the no-DAC variant; we deliberately don't carry the DAC version.
CJC-1295 and ipamorelin
In research you rarely see CJC-1295 without DAC on its own, ipamorelin is usually right next to it. There's a clear reason: CJC-1295 raises the baseline release of growth hormone through the GHRH route, while ipamorelin (a ghrelin-like secretagogue) drives a short, sharp peak. Together they cover both sides of the release, which is why they show up as a pair in study after study. We offer ipamorelin on its own and ready-combined as the pre-mixed CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend.
CJC-1295 dosage
We deliberately leave the amount open: CJC-1295 is a research compound, and we don't provide human dosing advice. The effects reported most often in the literature and in user reports are mild and local: a reaction at the injection site (redness or swelling), flushing, some water retention and occasional headaches. CJC-1295 isn't approved for humans anywhere, it belongs in a research setup, not in personal use.
