What does ipamorelin do?

In research you rarely see ipamorelin on its own, CJC-1295 is usually right next to it, and there's a clear reason. Ipamorelin delivers a short, sharp growth hormone spike (the GHRP side), while CJC-1295, a GHRH analogue, raises the baseline release for longer. Ipamorelin vs tesamorelin
Ipamorelin and tesamorelin are both studied for the growth hormone axis, but by a different route. Ipamorelin is a GHRP (ghrelin-like) and delivers a short spike; tesamorelin is a GHRH analogue that instead mimics the signal from above and in research is linked mainly to belly fat.
